Ranit De
PhD Candidate at the Max Planck Institute for Biogeochemistry Jena
Ranit is a PhD Candidate at Max Planck Institute for Biogeochemistry and Friedrich Schiller University Jena. He is working with Nuno Carvalhais. In his PhD, he studies the interannual variability (IAV) of gross primary production mainly using eddy covariance data, and light use efficiency- and optimality-based models. He is interested in model parameterization and understanding parameter dynamics.
